Can I give my female child my last name?

I am hindu, I want give my initial for my baby. Because of family problem. We are separated. He is never ever come to my life. After baby birth he is dont see my child. I protect my child. So i wish to put my initial my baby. Please help me. I need put my initial in all the documents like aadhar and school and rationcard and voterid etc. Please help me

Legally you can give any name to your child and can add your name in full or in initials. Please obtain the birth certificate first with the name of the child as you wish it to be. Then you may apply for Aadhaar and other documents in your child's name.
