Can case be filed without disclosing personal informations

Is the complainaint can file the case in Indian court without submitting his address and Id proof? If not please provide the reason and case law if any ? Is such cases are abuse of the process of law?

It usually depends on the nature of the suit. However, as far as I am aware the application forms almost every time do ask for identification proofs of the applying complainant. The complainant need to identify him / her in the Court and also on the documents. If the complainant is not identified, the complaint becomes anonymous, and will not be entertained. If you are making a complaints against someone in the court, sooner or later your identity shall be revealed to him / her. Hence it is advisable to identify yourself with proper supporting documents.
