Can apply for certified copies from family court through RTI

I had submitted proofs in divorce case of family court... The judge is not signing those exhibits & has denied to give me certified copies also... Where should I apply to get copies through RTI from family court?
Yes, you can apply it through Right to Information . The Central Information Commission passed an order stating that citizens can take the Right To Information - information route to get the certified copies of court papers or any other case related material
