Can an OBC certificate be made without showing total income

My father is a govt employee(clerical).Our family income is 8 lacs.Is i'm elligible for obc (non cremylayer) certificate? If by sbowing less pvt job of my father and total income less than 5 lacs i make an obc certificate.will this create any problem to my or my father job in future. Please suggest is it ok to issue obc certificate by not showing total income?
Yes it will definitely create problem. It is an offence under criminal law. I will advise you not to do so.
