Can a caste certificate be obtained from other SDO Office?

Suppose My SDO office at A, but if I want to get my caste certificate from another SDO office B of same district showing my temporary address..... My question is it legal and Valid? And if possible then tell me the procedure to get it...

No, you cannot.The followings are normally the competent authority to issue caste certificates:-
(i) District Magistrate/Additional District Magistrate/Collector Deputy Commissioner/ Additional Deputy Commissioner / 1st Class Stipendary Magistrate/ Sub Divisional Magistrate/ Taluka Magistrate/Executive Magistrate/Extra Assistant Commissioner,
(ii) Chief Presidency Magistrate/Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate/ Presidency Magistrate,
(iii) Revenue Officer not below the tank of Tehsildar and
(iv) Sub-Divisional Officer of the area where the candidate and/or his family normally resides.

As per laws are concerned you have to swear an affidavit for change of address, as caste certificate is permanent and if the authority gives you fresh certificate you could opt-out but if not given and same to be continued you can put an affidavit for change of address along with caste certificate or approach the court of law and seek for an order from the appropriate forum and/or first class judicial magistrate for ends of justice.
