Bank did not gave us original sale deed what action is possible

I had taken a Loan from ICICI Bank after repayment Bank failed to give original sale deed , given us letter stating deed is misplaced, I have filed a complaint in consumer forum, want to know the judgement s in similar type of cases. Please advise how I can get the old judgment copies.
In this regard, you can ask your lawyer whom you will hire for the proceeding to carry out the research work and provide you with the cases or you can even search on the internet for similar cases which will make your case more strong against the bank and the forum may even provide you compensation for the bank's negligence.
