Application for correction in mark sheet rejected how can I proceed

Sir, My name is Rahul Kumar Sah in (10th, 12th ),but on CA marksheet and certificate it is Rahul Kumar Kishor Sah (Kishor Kumar is my father's name which is added wrongly as middle name according to tradition of Maharashtra ). I had applied for change to Institute, but my application is rejected with reason that I had not applied, before exam in exam form and after exam.correction is not possible. Is Affidavit of same person will be sufficient? Please guide me.
Where your application for correction of name in the mark sheet is rejected then you can file a writ application in high court for making a correction in your mark sheet with the proof of your correct name.
