Agreement to sale signed but only the last page any issue in this

The vendors only signed on the last page of agreement of sale of land where schedule of property layed .the first and second page's of agreement of sale were not signed by the vendors. Is it valid or not?
here it is mandatory for vendor to attest all the pages of registration documents .as you said your documents are not signed on all pages. wether the document is registered document or you need to get it registered.if the document is registered document ,if the registration is already done then no need to worry,if not then it is better to get it signed and go for registration
