Advocate not giving NOC how can I change my advocate

21-Mar-2023 (In Documentation Law)

What if in the next hearing of our case the other side adv says of a mutual agreement my brother done...but my side adv doesn't turn up. Im in Mumbai...case in Kolkata...if I'm present in the court without an advocate..can I be allowed to narrate my difficulty to the hon judge? Its a property matter and we agreed on out of court settlement...only the case needs be decreed for lasting peace. What is the best I can do in this situation and not get trapped by my uncooperative advocate? Should I lodge a petition to the hon court seeking legal help to enable to get an advocate? I have paid all the dues except a small sum which I promised to pay when I go for the NOC...I mentioned this in my e mail and letter to him as well

If you wish to represent your case yourself then you need to seek permission for it before the hon'ble Judge. If your advocate fails to co-operate then you can file an complaint in the bar council of your state and you could even file a complaint in consumer court on failure of service. In case you need a free legal aid you can go to the legal aid centre of the respective court.
