ABOUT KNOWING THE TRUTH OF THE AGREEMENT

sir there was company named 1pointonesolution.com they called me and said that they are providing free of cost home based data entry job. so that they took a digital agreement with me. they terminated my session and saying that you have to pay penalty of 4000 as per agreement. and they also said to me that company had taken contract for 25000 rs so if you abort this agreement you will filed for case and you have to come in allhabad highcourt to solve this case. so sir does it is possible this case that they can take legal action against me. they are too much forcing me to pay money of 4000 rs .
