If you have your tenant address then you can write him and ask him to change the address in his documents. Or else as precautionary measure if you have the details of PAN Card, Aadhar Card and Driving License of your tenant then you can inform the respective authorities saying that the person is no more residing at this place as he was a tenant. And you don't have to worry much about it as it is his responsibility to change the address on the respective documents.

Hello
As you have mentioned that all the documents were made without your knowledge. He can always update his address on aadhar card, pan card and driving licence. You should always make a leave and license agreement and register your documents with the sub registrar office.

Dear Querist,
There is no bar at law that the government documents cannot be made at the license premises, however it there is a specific covenant by you in the agreement which prohibits the licensee from creating documents, then that amounts to breach and you can sue him.
In case if any demand comes to you from any authority then you need to reply stating the fact that the licensee has already vacated the premises and if need be forward the leave and license agreement
