Once the ex parte order of divorce is passed, the respondent party can set it aside by filing an application within 30 days from the date the order is made ready. Or the respondent party can prefer an appeal within 90 days from the date the order is made ready. You can go for a second marriage after the said 90 days only after making sure that no set aside petition or appeal is filed or pending.
