X Party Divorce How To Speedyfy The Process

My case is going on summon was sent to her by court for appearing in null and void status under sec 11. as she was already married previously before marrying me but after 9 years of marriage we have not being staying together for last 8 years. We have again sent her summon and the date is after 3 months how should i get speedy x party done.
An appropriate application showing the disinterest of the wife in appearing for the divorce proceedings must be moved. Relief prayed in the same shall be striking off the defence of the wife on grounds of callous and no bothering approach towards the Court proceedings. Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.

In case your wife was previously married and your marriage was solemnised without her divorcing her first husband, then your marriage was void to begin with.
