Wrongly filed annulment case on the grounds of mentally unfit

i m hindu and have been married for 2 months now.. my husband wants to divorce me on the grounds of mentally unfit .. my husband and his mother forced me to go to pyciatrist saying i m depressed.. to save my marriage i m getting treated now they r getting nullity case filed against me.. my question is wat actions to take against them and how can i prove myself sane .. i m currently jobless ...
If you are aggrieved by your in law's act of forcing you to treated for so called unsanity then you may file case under DV Act and also fir under 498A ipc. against the accused in addition to filing maintenance case against your husband.

Depression is a part of life at some point in everyone's life and the same doses not come within the purview of unsound mind and to file a petition for declaring the marriage as null and void there are few grounds and has to file within 1 year from the date of marriage

It is not possible to divorce you till the completion of 1 year .. The court will see the proof that you have seperated from your husband for a year is a must. In your case it is only two months and for the ground of mental sickness has to be proved by authorized medical practioner only. physcriatrist slips of depression is not that much valid proof to give divorce. there is a difference between mental insanity and legal insanity. You have also option to go for maintainence and go for filing domestic violence case against your husband
