Wrong alligation. Husband wants Divorce but wife didn't

My cousin is married to her husband 1.5 years back but her husband continuously putting pressure on her to get divorce says only wrong words. Due to which she moved to her parents home. But today I got to know that her husband file case againgst her parents and saying that she is not suited for his status and my cousin's parents want them to get saperated. His advocate creates a case like he is the one who wants to be in marraige but he fought with whole family either his parents or in-laws.

hi first we need to see the case filed by him and the allegations mentioned in it and then you could said decide the further course of action then you could file further case or enter appearance in court
