Wrong Affidavit submitted by lawyer by mistake

My lawyer has submitted an affidavit (rajnish vs neha) in which my salary was mentioned wrongly in the maintenance case and unknowingly I also signed it. And during cross questioning I was asked the question abt my current salary which I quoted to be lower than the one already mentioned. Now my husband has filed a case u/s 340 on the same ground and is also not paying the interim maintenance. How to handle the situation. What if he presents salary slip of my last office salary.

once sec 340 is filed first that will be decided and later any other proceedings will resume. As no order can be passed unless 340 is decided. If he attaches your present salary which is of higher amount n u hv hidden frm court then u will have negative impact on your maintenance amount.
