Without serving notice in Maintenance case by wife

My wife filed maintenance case and I have not received any notice which I am unaware till recently she sent WhatsApp screenshots of case that already 2 hearing dates are done and status shows NOTICE, 3rd hearing is next week. Can she shows this WhatsApp in court that I was known of this and court can grant ex parte? Please advice

hi first need to see whether the court had passed an direction to pass summons through e mail or whatsapp and since you know the court passed order it is better to appear instead of being ex parte and filing re open petition
