dear sir
i have files police complaint dowry and DV against my inlaws and husband in KURUKSHTRA , FIR has not been registered so far. as i have been transferred to meerut, can i withdraw police complaint and file the same complaint at Meerut
Yes if fir hasn't registered at Kurukshetra then you can file another complaint at meeruth on same grounds and desclose it in your new complaint. Fir can not registered directly in Dv act. You should file a complaint under dv act before concern court.
