Withdrawal of maintainance case without mutual divorce

I have filed for maintenance and my husband has filled for conjugal rights. Interim maintainance is passed and final judgement is yet to be done. I want to withdraw my maintainance case without mutual divorce consent. Can I?

you can withdraw any proceedings in any point of time depending on the situation/settlement is benefitting the Parties in dispute or not. If you are joining back your matrimonial home with your husband then you can proceed with the withdrawal and getting the decree of the cases respectively in your favors.
