Withdrawal of maintainance case without mcd or going to husband

I have filed for maintenance and my husband has filled for conjugal rights. Interim maintainance is passed and final judgement is yet to be done. I want to withdraw my maintainance case without mutual consent divorce nor i want to join matrimonial home. Can I?

your question is not clear. if you are getting interim maintenance, final also you will get. why you want to withdraw the case ?? neither you want mutual consent divorce nor you want to join ?? what you want and what is your problem is not clear. if you share your query clearly will be able to help you out.
