Withdrawal of DV divorce petition without involving the lawyer

HinnI have filed the divorce petition (DV) in march 2022 and also filed the complaint in CAW cell through one of the lawyernbut later through CAW cell I have settled the matter and now filed another petition as mutual divorce by some other lawyernNow I want to withdraw my first petition for DV but my previous lawyer is not picking up the phone as he was not interested in settling the case through mutual consent.I also do not have the details of the case number now what should I do .Can I submit the application for withdrawal the DV case myself without involving the lawyer.
Details can be found out from the court where the matter was sub judice. You may engage a lawyer of your choice for the same. You can withdraw the DV complaint yourself but it is advisable to engage a lawyer for the same

For withdrawal of divorce petition, an application needs to be submitted either through a lawyer or you can yourself inform the family judge on the next date of hearing of your intention to withdraw the divorce petition.
The judge will record your statement and ask you the reason for the same. Therefore you do not need a lawyer for this process.
