Withdrawal during stay of transfer petition

My wife didn't filed counter reply to my contested divorce and she went to high court for transfer petition. High court given stay order and it's more than 9 months still it is not updating any thing in e-court and family court keep on giving next dates mentioning stay, can I withdraw my petition at this stage ? Any supportive judgement?
hi first need to see the status of the case and whether it is still pending in high court and you could move a petition to expediete the case and then could decide accordingly over the matter and ccould proceed accordingly
