With help of conjugal rights how to deny maintainance to wife

I have married on june 20, 2022, & wife left me on Nov 2022.nI applied conjugal rights in court in Jan 2023. She delayed case by not comming to court & telling i will put objection, not ready for mediation.nNow she got order to transfer of case to her district from high court & tellig will put maintainance case to get money. Previous 1.5 year she worked as GDS in post office, Now she left job. I am engineer & she is studying MBA 2nd year. How to denay maintainance case with help of conjugal rig.

file a appeal case and show reason why you have not able to pay maintenance and working lady and who volunteerly left you living separately than she will not get any maintenance and you said now she is left the job then also you defend the case
