Wish to divorce my wife as i do not want to live with her

13-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi I am married since 2010 and have no kid.f rom april I had an affair with my colleague. Which my got to know in September and caught me with her on bike. My wife slapped her there and after two days in office as well. And we went to our in- laws in indore. Where she given an informatory complaint against me and that girl in ladies police station for the sake of safety and that no such things will be repeated by me in future. After returning from there I joined office again and started working. Now on 25 se my wife caught some pics of me with that girl. So she reached to her parents yo show her pics and warn her. There a fight took place and matter reached to police where a mutual agreement was made and matter closed there. But now the thing is that I am not feeling comfortable with my wife and I don't love her either. As we don't have kid as well so I don't find any reason to continuing this marriage further. Kindly suggest me how can I go for divorce

You can file a divorce case under section 13 Hindhu marriage act . Weather your wife wants to give divorce or not it doesn't matter u can file a contested divorce case against your wife on the ground of harassment ( false police complaints ) and cruelty . You can can file divorce case in district courts irrespective of the fact that u been married since 2010 as that is not a requirement to file divorce case . You are 25 that also not a matter of concern , u can file a divorce case against your wife.

Sir
It does nt mean you r not happy with your wife and you file divorce.there are certain grounds like cruelty ,desertion etc on which you can get divorce but in your case there is no such ground you mention rather your wife can file divorce on being relation of you with some girl.so no way. Thanks
