Will working wife get interim maintenance?

My salary is 50000, husband's is 100000 plus he gets additional income from freelancing. I a yet to file DV. What are the chances I will get even a bare minimum interm maintenance? Case is in Bangalore where I reside.

Dear Madam, Since because there is difference between your salary and the salary of your husband, so as to maintain status as that of your husband, you may be given atleast Rupees Ten Thousand per month as interim maintenance. Anyhow, it depends upon the psychology of the Judge who is dealing with your case.

chance of getting monthly Maintenance is not possible. but you deserve permanent alimony. do you have children. if so children will get Maintenance. a wife Who is capable of maintaining herself is notdeserving Maintenance from her husband.
