Will partner be considered as wife during cooling of period in MCD

Hi, I filed Mutual Consent Divorce on 1-Aug-2017, Judge has given us 6-8months of time for final Verdict. I just wanted to check in this 6-8months of Period will she be called as my wife? Secondly will i have rights on her as Husband. I need these details. Please let me know and please advice.

In this 6-8 months, legally you are husband and wife.
But since both of you have filed mutual consent, it is advisable not to live togather.
As a husband you are not supposed to be cohabiting or have sexual relationship with your wife as the minute you co-habit or have sexual relationship, your MCD application becomes void.
Also you should be cautious in communicating with your wife as communications can also be shown as emotional attachment towards each other.

Till final/second motion she will be your wife and you are her husband. The rights will remain same till divorcee granted by the court. First motion/Filing petition for MCD to Second Motion/Final call for grant of MCD is only six months..
