Sir as per ur query that can u get divorce from ur wife on the ground yhat she was caught by u on having relationship with some other person Yes u can get divorce on ground of illegal and immoral relationship with some other person .Yes it may be at esy cost

Adultry is one of the grounds for divorce and u may seek divorce on that ground by impleading that person who has illicit relation with ur wife. In the case of adultry no alimony is payable to ur wife.

DEAR SIR
IF IN ANY MANNER YOU PROOF BEFORE THE COURT THAT YOUR WIFE IS GUILTY FOR THE OFFENCE OF ADULTERY THEN YOU DON'T NEED TO PAY ALIMONY TO YOUR WIFE.
IF YOU DIDN'T PROOF THE GUILT OF YOUR WIFE THEN ALIMONY IS SECONDARY FIRST PRAYER IS DIVORCE MAY BE REJECTED.
