Will I get divorce if there was no sexual intercourse between husband and wife sometimes willfully by husband or by wife and to prrove that I have WhatsApp chats which says acha hua hamare beech mai kuch nahi hua and I am still a virgin...will I get divorce based on this ,,what are the chances???

non consummation of divorce is not a ground of marriage per se, unless the said non consummation is on account of the physical incapacity and impotency of one of the spouses. thus, to consent a divorce case against your spouse, you'll have to find some other grounds too
