09-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My 125 case is at arguments stage. I have submitted my 11 years tax returns as part of Rajneesh Vs Neha affidavit but neither the affidavit nor the tax returns have been marked as an exhibitnI want to refer to them in arguments? Can judge ignore them? Is it advisable to put in am application for additional docs?

Dear Queriest as per your query if you want to demand some additional documents you need to freshly file an application before the court secondly if exhibits have already marked then the court will definitely consider the same in the argument of the said application. for more information about the same kindly call me.

No worries, if neither the Affidavit nor the Tax Returns have been marked as Exhibits, still, you can use such Documents for your reference and for the reference of the Court during arguments and also at the Evidence Stage. No, Judge cannot ignore such Docs if they are already part of the Judicial Record. As far as your last question is concerned, if there are certain Documents which are not on Court's Record and you want to tender certain Docs to bring on record of Court, then you can file an application for it.
