Wife"s harassment .Muslim laws for Divorcing wife.

On what terms can I divorce my wife who does not treat well me well.who always fights and shouts with big voice with me on petty issues so that neighbours also here the fights.doesnt prepare food properly purposely even for one time in a day.spoils it knowingly later makes the correction of salt and masala after I leave my house for the job.spoils and destroys my working gadgets when I am not there at home.always tries to find many ways so that I suffer monetary losses.please advise.there are more many reasons which can't elaborate here
This is my response to you:
1. Firstly approach a marriage counsellor and mitigate your differences;
2. If matter does not get resolved then approach a mediator, preferably a lawyer;
3. If problems persist then go for mutual consent divorce which is a smoother process;
4. Otherwise if your wife does not choose to go for MCD then go for contested divorce;
5. Consult a local lawyer to understand the process.

Dear Queriest, as per your mentioned above, it can be said that you are being a victim of cruelty by your wife, for such behavior. Since it is a family issue you should first see if the issue is sorted out through family disscusion and get it sorted out
