Wife’s affair threatening boyfriend legal advice

Wife is having an affair. She left abroad with my son for boyfriend in name of career(money) . I m worried about my child’s emotional, psychological development . This affair is temporary thing I guess . Can I do something to her boyfriend legally ? If I take any action against him he will run away then my wife may come back . He is using her but she is not realising it now . So is their way I can raise something against her boyfriend, I am sure her boyfriend will run away .

If there is a dispute with your wife and she is residing away from you then you may file a case of restitution for continuing to cohabit together. You may also file a case for custody of your child....
