Wife withdrawn divorce petition against me.


13-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife left me suddenly without a reason. She doesn't still disclose the real reason. So after leaving me like a few months later she filed for divorce claiming iam impotent. I have proved iam potent with medical test reports. Submitted the reports in court.So before the next hearing date comes within a few days. She has withdrawn the case. Can I use this false allegation filled by wife against me used as a ground for divorce?. Also what are the other things I can do?.iam a Muslim by the way

Being a Muslim male you have many options available at your instance as per Muslim/ shariyat law. You may always opt to choose your decision as per shariyat/Muslim law. It depends upon you what you want to do

Filing false case for divorce against husband on the ground of impotency amounts to mental cruelty for the husband. You have the right to take this ground itself to file divorce against her. Other than this, you can also file for defamation if the divorce petition filed by your wife was known to your and her family members or close ones.
