Wife went at in laws place with all jewelry and not returning back

Further to my query, my wife went at in laws place with all jewelry and documents and without informing me took admission for my son at native. Earlier I took admission in Pune and now not telling for her next steps. I work in MNC with take care of old and ailing mother. We both are feeling helpless and mentally fatigued. Please suggest

you can send your wife a notice to return back to you with your son and stay. if still she doesn't come back then you can file a petition in the Court asking her to return back to you with your son. Meanwhile message her ask her to come back also mention about taking jewellery with her. also question her in the message regarding school admission without your permission or without informing you. Don't let her know that you are taking up these subjects in message intentionally. These things will have a great impact on your case..

If you wish to call back your wife and to continue cohabitation with her then you may file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights before a family court of your region. You may also file private case
