Wife wants mutual consent divorce but i dont want

Its been 2 years since the marriage,she never listened to my words, always tortured me saying that she will put dowry case and put me in jail.Whatever i do she will find out some teasing negative points to say.always irritating me,my parents spent a lot of money on marriage and now she is asking for a mutual consent divorce eventhogh what she did is wrong. I dont want to continue personally but thinking of parents and society.Please advice
then civil 31 little rivers better you can continue with the mutual divorce petition either if you want to keep with her then you can file reception of conjugal petition better then court will issue notice to against her

You can file Divorce case if she is not agreeing for mutual divorce. She seems to be blackmailing you for getting more alimony. If she files any FIR immediately approach High Court and get a stay on such investigation. The process will go for 2-4 years if you file divorce case now on the ground of cruelty and desertion.
