Wife wants divorce on mental cruelty ground

After separation we both went to marriage counsellor, but wife manipulate her story to counsellor and now counsellor alleged me for wrong behaviour to her. And instead of resolving marriage counsellor pushed me for well-being session. I took few session with hope that if I do this then she will back to matrimonial home.
But wife intelligently use it and also took my false mental illness certificate from counsellor. Can she prove me mental at court? what should I do.
Before she does that, you need to file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in the court and let the court be informed about all of it. This will serve your dual purpose of getting to know whether she would come back or not and also bring forth her true intentions of taking you to the counselor.

If the behaviour of your partner is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal and if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months.

For proving mental illness medical experts help is required councellors cannot declare or confirm anyones mental health and you can object that too. Court takes help from experts (medical) not anyone’s personal opinion.

no counselor can prove your mental condition until and unless it is not examined by any Govt. Hospital..
now it depends upon you l, whether you want divorce with her or not.. if yes then go for settlement through mediation and file divorce through mutual consent.. if you don't want divorce then fight for yourself and hire a representative lawyer for your case..
