Wife took away my 3 year old son with help of her brother

03-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife and I are married since April 2014. It was a registered court marriage. Later my family held a wedding function for us after one year accepting our marriage. Girl's family was not happy at that time so nobody from her family attended the function. Later on they accepted the marriage. It was going good. We had a baby boy in Jan 2019. Now due to some disputes between me and my wife my in-laws have started interfering a lot especially my brother-in-law. Recently he booked a ticket for my wife and my son without my knowledge and they have kept my son at their place which is too far away from me almost 1300kms. Its my son's 3rd birthday on 26th January. I won't be able to meet him and celebrate it. My wife is also not staying at her parents. I don't know how my 3 year old son will survive without his parents around as he can't speak. He only understands Hindi and my in-laws can not speak Hindi. What should I do to get my son back? So far none of us have filed any complaints.

Sorry to know about your situation. You should first try to amicably solve the dispute with the help of your friends and relatives. If that doesn't work then should send a legal notice to your wife through an advocate and if that also doesn't work then..
