Wife threating that she may file a 498case against me if i denay her i

Sir how I send divorce notice to my wife that she is threating my family to file a case against us.i can't live with her so how I separate with my wife without a police case

hi you can proceed to file divorce case against your wife if you are not compitable against each other and if even your wife has filed 498a case it wont have that much weight as it is filed after you had sent notice and that you can file quash petition against 498a case

if you strongly decided to get separate from your wife by way of divorce, approach a good lawyer in your locality and he will finish the same legally by applying for obtaining a decree of divorce by desolving the marriage held between you and your wife.
