Wife threatens to file dowry case

My wife asks for costly jewellery if i resist she threatens me with dowry case.nShe also calls my parents and abuses them.nnDoes she have any right on my income and how can i stop this misuse

I suggest you to file an application before a family counselor. in some cases counselling to the party will clear rhe issue. if not approach an advocate who gives counselling to the parties. right over your income and all is secondary aspect. your parents are at liberty to file a complaint against your wife for abusing them.

You would need recorded proof of her abusing you or your parents for your own safety. And yes she does have the right on your income and to avoid such misuse there's nothing to do but it's best you react to such person the legal way as she has been also abusing your parents
