Wife threatening to commit suicide can i file for divorce

I am married and yet to complete one year ( 14 days to go). My wife torturing me that she will commit suicide and write my family name, using vulgar words on my parents and doing unacceptable actions when she gets emotional. We are under deep pressure because of her behaviour which is not normal. I am staying away for last 50 days and my wife given petition tat she want to live with me in Woman cell, commissioner office, law and order station,etc., All enquired me and I said that I am tortured by my wife like anything and so I am planning for divorce. Now my wife is threatening tat she will file complaint against me,my parents and brother in law on all harassment. I am very much worried what she can do maximum. How can I protect myself and family, and wat are easy ways to get divorce? Religion: Hindu. Please advice
