Wife staying away from me with 5 months baby boy

We belong to Hindu.i have been working in IT. i married to a girl around dec,2014 after the marriage girl told me that she did not want to marry me but her parents forced her to marry. she was not listening to any of my words and not following any martial duties and staying with her family till date. we now have a baby boy 5 months old. she is not willing to come back to my home and do not want to stay with me. i want my wife to come back to me, i am missing my child and worried about his future.should i apply for restitution of conjugal rights, i do not want to loose my baby in the process.

if you are interested in living with your wife and the child, first speak to the elders and get to sort out the matter out of court.
the reason that parents forcing to marry and hence married is baseless, now that you both have a child.
first settle the issue with the help of family elders. if the issue is not resolved, then you may file a suit under section 9 of Hindu marriage act for restitution of conjugal rights.
