Wife stayed with me for 2days then went back to her parent's house

We were in relationship for 5 year then got married in april, she stayed with me for only 2days after marriage and then she went back to her parents and never came back, I tried contacting her in every possible way but her parents told me that she is married now and is pregnant now. what legal action can I take In this case.
Was this marriage with the blessings of both your parents or was it on the sly in their absence. If so this marriage has no legal sanctity, what are the methods adopted by you to bring her back, is there sufficient proof. How is it that your wife once again gets married and that too without your consent and her parents inform you that she is now married and also pregnant from this man.

You are still her husband. As she has married for the second time without divorcing you, that marriage is null and void.
Law presumes that you are the father of the foetus she is carrying.
She has done greate mistake by getting married second time without divorcing you. Her new husband (not legally) will be in trouble, if you file adultry case against him as he is having physical relationship with your legally wedded wife.
You can also seek dissolution of the marriage on the ground of adultry.
