I m retired disabled soldier. Wife shows herself unmarried when she applied for govt job after filing domestic violence case. Can court consider this fact
the court will surely consider this fact and also take judicial notice of it. you need to place this fact before the court along with supporting documents to substantiate your contention that your wife lied while applying for a job.
