Wife sharing home with another man can I file for divorce

If a married women start sharing her home with a man, other than her husband, when the husband is away . That also without husband's knowledge & permission. CAN THE HUSBAND FILE A CASE FOR DIVORCE ON THE BASIS OF ADULTARY and divorce her.

Yes the husband can file a divorce case under section 13 (1)(i) on the charge of adultery although you would have to prove it with strict proofs of you claims . it is suggested to consult a local lawyer with the documentation you have post which you would be able to get the exact hold of situation

Yes the husband can definitely file a case for obtaining divorce in case the wife is indulging in adultery. This in itself is a strong ground under Section 13(1) (i) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
