Wife Planning To Drop 498 And Planning Me To Block Travel To Dubai

I took my wife's gold and took a loan in the bank, Due issues with my parents she went to the police station and dropped a case on me and my family now , the police saying to compromise but I had enough with her blackmail. I said I will clear her gold and dowry but I need time as I have no job and no property but my wife is rich her family need a way to make me and my family suffer. As I got a job in gulf even my PCC also got cleared but as police guys is saying he will drop look out notice and he won't allow me to travel to get a job in gulf .is there any way I can travel without issue in immigration in india while travelling to gulf or any country on job purpose. What will be the process and charges as I need to arrange and if I get arrested in police station do I need to apply bail
hi if you want to travel abroad for job purposes then you could file petition or take permission from court to travel abroad and also file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on false charges and to quash LOC also
