here your wife's intention seems to be different. I suggest you firstly place the matter before elders as children are there. If your wife does not hear the words of the elders then file a petition before the concerned court for custody of the children and then file a case for restitution or for divorce.

Dear Client,
You must know her unwillingness to live with you. You must seek mediators assistance and ask her why she is so adamant. You did not mention what are you. Whether she is not satisfied with your joblessness and feeling dissatisfied with your financial crunch. After knowing her dissatisfaction your must come to a conclusion whether to live with her or give divorce and other remedies. First of all you must know is the cause for her dissatisfaction.

Hi
You can file a RESTITUTION OF CONJUGAL RIGHTS PETITION in the court asking the wife to rejoin you and if your wife does not join you after 1 year of court order under RCR then you will automatically get divorce.
filing a RCR petition will help you in all ways as even if your wife files a 498A or a DVC petition subsequent to your divorce petition, these petitions will be viewed as counter to your RCR Case only.
