Wife not willing to continue marriage

My wife says she married under emotional pressure from her family and she even conveyed to her parents 3 days prior to marriage but they put emotional pressure for marriage. me and My wife used to communicate on regular interval on WhatsApp but during this period she never conveyed me anything of this part. She used to talk less , but when i used to ask her about less talking, her family and she herself said , her nature is of less talkative. Before our marriage , we had fixed rishta for 1 year.As soons our marriage on 12 may 2022 in Indore, she went home indore on 19 may saying that she needs to get her resignation from her office and it will take 2 months and she will come in august.I went to get her back in august , she came with on 17 august to Mumbai. during this 3 months , she never said anything about anything, we had normal regular talks on WhatsApp. But as soon as she came to mumbai where my family stay, on 19 august , she started saying she wants to go home, she doesn't like
