Wife not taking care of children

Me and my wife are staying separately 9 years. 3 children are with her. When I go to meet she fights.
In my absence she doesn't take care of children as needed. I am maintaining them financially with home, food, children school and shopping, outing and other amenities expenses.
She brainwashes children against me and my family.
Also she is very lazy and she doesn't teach children the discipline and doesn't send children to school regularly.
She just ask for more money .
What to do?
You must file a petition for custody if you think you can take better care of your children. You can also explore the option of going for mutual consent divorce, if you intend to go for divorce. Feel free to contact me if you intent to seek any further legal advice as regards the same.

You must file application for custody of children along with an interim relief prayer of visitation rights to meet children. The court will certainly grant visitation rights to you during the pendency of your custody application. Hopefully if you are able to prove the ill deeds of wife, then court may grant you custody of children. If there is no order passed by court to pay maintenance to children and wife, then you must only pay for the basic needs. School expenses must directly be paid to school.
