Wife not staying with me. blaming that i involve in extra marital affa

Need to file divorce. Wife not staying with me and blaming me for the extra marital affair.Her parents also doing her support without any proof. and doing mental harrasment with me. She call anytime her father and go with him without any update to me. an stay there 5-6 months continuously.

If you want to amicably part ways then you can go for mutual consent divorce else opt for a contested divorce. Mutual consent would consume less time though. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal assistance.

Well, if your Wife is alleging that you have affairs, that is why, she has become fed up of you, then tell her, to seek Divorce from you by applying for a Mutual Divorce Petition, since both of you are ready for Divorce.
