Wife not responding for mutual divorce

Me and my wife have separated past 4yrs ,I hav daughter of 10 yrs with me for past 1½yrs as neighbors of my wife told me that she hav been involved in adultery bussiness since than I hav taken responsibility of my daughter,after several attempts , meetings she is not ready for divorcing mutually ,pls advice me what to do.also is respondent doesn't appear even after third court notice ,do we get divorce in our favor easily.

Well, you should apply for a Unilateral Divorce. On the ground of Adultery, you can seek One Sided Divorce, if you will be able to prove allegation of Adultery against her. Do one thing, secretly get CCTV installed in your Wife's Bedroom anyhow to provide in Court - She is an Adultress Horny Wife
