Wife not ready to leave with me and gone parents Home

Got married before 4 months back, got to know wife has taken huge personal loan just before few days of marriage. When i asked, she is not ready to tell truth and not even ready to give documents to change name. keeping hiding all these and keep argument all the time. Now gone parents home and not coming back. Pls help in the matter.

Well, if your wife is not coming back, you can lodge a case of Restitution of Conjugal rights under Sec 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 against your wife to legally compel her to get back to you to restore physical relationship with you or else court will order her to justify reasons for illegally deserting you.

You have two options that you can opt for. One is directly file the case to bring her back to matrimonial house and if you don’t want the matter to go in court as it certainly will take considerable time then second option is give her a legal notice to resume back this will make many things easier and clear for you to proceed
